Pizza with Krstaš

Pizza dough

– 250 g flour
– 40 ml olive oil
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 130 ml lukewarm water
– a pinch of sugar
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ fresh yeast

 

Filling

– 200 g grated cheese Krstaš
– 1 thinly sliced tomato
– 10 olives
– 150 g marinated mushrooms
– 70 g cured meat (flavoured pork sausage, prosciutto …)
– 200 ml tomato paste
– oregano and basil (optional)

 

 

Preparation

Crumble yeast into lukewarm water, and add oil, sugar, salt and one spoon of flour. Mix everything and gradually add the remaining flour. Coat the dough with one spoon of oil and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that, stretch the dough with your hands onto a baking tray of the desired size and thickness. Put tomato paste, grated cheese Krstaš, cured meat, mushrooms, olives and tomato rings. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown.

Serve with yoghurt, sour cream, beer or wine.
