Bruschetta with Kriška
Ingredients
– bread
– one eggplant
– 200 g cherry tomato
– 250 g cheese Kriška
– olive oil
– basil, rocket, parsley
Preparation
Cut the bread in thin slices. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and top them with slices of fresh eggplant. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees, until golden brown. While the bread is in the oven, cut the tomatoes in half and slice cheese Kriška into pieces. When slices of bread with eggplant are baked, top them with other ingredients, pour a little more olive oil and add basil, rocket, and parsley.
Serve bruschetta with curdled milk, yoghurt, energy drink or sparkling water.
