Protein salad with Urda and avocado
Ingredients
– two handfuls spinach
– 1 avocado
– 200 g Urda
– 50 g walnuts
– 100 g seasonal fruits
– 1 spoon honey (optional)
Preparation
Cut avocado in thin slices and mix with spinach. Sprinkle walnuts, your favourite fruit and Urda on top. If you want you can add a spoonful of honey and mix.
Eat freshly prepared salad with a glass of squeezed juice or lemonade.
