Greek salad with Kriška
Ingredients
– 200 g tomato
– 200 g cucumber
– 200 g black olives in oil
– 200 g chopped red onion
– 2 fresh peppers
– 250 g cheese Kriška
– pepper, salt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil
Preparation
Cut vegetables in cubes, and add olives, onions chopped into thin rings, spices, and mix everything. Add a slice of broken or diced Kriška cheese.
Serve with wine. Enjoy your meal!
